Wooden 3D Airship Assembly Puzzle

Took about an hour to build. Looks nice. About my fourth purchase from this company.

Bought this as a gift for my nephew for his 15th birthday. He loved it, only took him a couple days to finish. Said it was a little complicated with the smaller pieces but loved putting it together! Definitely recommend as a great gift idea

It's wooden and unique!! My adult nephew was needing something to busy himself with at the hospital. I sent this and he loves it!! I was going to send paints but he loves it like it is!! Great gift!!

This was a lot of fun to build. It took me about 4 hours. Some nice things about it are that it comes with a small piece of sandpaper to get rid of burrs and help parts fit. It also has extra pieces of some parts. This is handy in case you break one of them. I would suggest having an emory board or some sanding sticks. Some parts don’t want to go together without a lot of pressure, so sanding the connection points helps a lot. And if you over sand them, you can always glue them if they are too loose. I had a couple places where I had to do that. Overall it is well worth the money and makes a great showpiece.

My daughter picked this out for her birthday and absolutely loved the process! While her first pick was a Lego set, the price was a barrier. This one was just as good or even better!

Great way to build patience. Gets frustrating in certain areas, but a wonderful project I'd be more than happy to do again. Definitely a little smaller than expected.

Fun little project to do on a rainy day. Some of the pieces could fit together a bit better. The assembly order could be reordered to make sure things line up a bit more cleanly. I also wish the labels in the pieces were not so visible on the finished model. Always good to have an Exacto, file, and elmers glue on hand. Decent quality and FUN!

'd say that for the most part, assembling this model was a lot of fun. The design was detailed but not overly complicated. I side have some problems with pieces not quite latching together, either because the connection was too loose, or too tight. There's a fair bit of glue holding the model together. When assembling, do take extra (EXTRA) caution at any of the joins. Also be aware that the pieces are quite thin and prone to snapping, but generally glue back together well (with one exception that led to a few choice words muttered), and there are extra parts for some of the more delicate and small pieces. Do give it a shot, and have fun!

Like most of the other reviews says, it is an okay kit that requires delicate handling. Many parts breaks if you don't take it off the wooden plate carefully. Expect some glue to get the best out of this

It has some very small pieces which is a challenge for my old fingers. I’m at the point of attaching the carriage to the balloon part and I either need a 3rd arm and hand or some instructions specifically for the procedure. Unfortunately, I have had to glue some pieces together again because my fingers aren’t nimble enough. It doesn’t cost much at all, but for me it presented me with hard challenges. You won’t go wrong in purchasing it.

I bought this for a Xmas gift for kids over the age of 10 and they really enjoyed building it. It’s more than just a toy they’ll grow out of and it has the potential to be a piece that they will take care of and hold onto for years. It’s great for them to engage their mind in some small engineering way. For adults it’s fun to build but not a real challenge if you’re looking for something that’ll keep you busy for long. Worth a try though.
