3D Wooden Puzzle Classic Film Projector

This was a “something to do” gift for our film student son and he loves it! He broke one piece but they provided extras for some of the more fragile pieces. He definitely got a kick out of the fact that it actually will project the filmstrip.

Putting together these puzzles has become our favorite family activity. It not only boosts creativity among the kids but also brings us all together for some quality fun and learning.

Bought this a few years ago for Christmas so my kids and I could build it together. Decided to stain it like another customer did to give it a more polished look. Turned out great. Take your time and it will look and work really cool!

This wooden puzzle was so fun to assemble, alone or with another person. It took us about 6 hours to complete, and I’m happy to say this one turned out successful, moving parts and all. There were some loose pieces we had to glue in, but not much of a hassle. I’ve done moveable wood puzzles by other companies but Think Puzzles definitely takes the spot for actually working and smooth finished products. Instructions are all images and a bit of words, so just be mindful. I’m a visual person so i preferred their images only instructions, but it may be a bit tricky if you don’t look carefully at the details. Some parts look similar, but they also label it with letters and numbers. This one is definitely the coolest we’ve built so far.

These wooden puzzles are a quiet, calming activity that helps my kids wind down after a busy day. It's peaceful and much more beneficial than watching TV.

The puzzle was fairly easy to put together. Some of the pieces are very small, but thankfully it comes will plenty of replacement parts. The hardest part to me was feeding the film through, but it does work as advertised. I like that there are no batteries needed which is nice. Took me about 3 hours to put together. Instructions were well illustrated so you could easily see what you needed to do. Great product overall.

Perfect pictoral instructions. Anticipated problem areas and supplied extra parts. Very precisely cut pieces. 9 yr. Old understood and helped with assembly. Asked for help with the film, got a replacement in a few days. Turned out the part was OK afterall. Sorry. The thing actually works!

I've never done any sort of model in my life. I saw the ad and thought it would be fun. So much more challenging than I thought, but I was determined! I love it! I can't wait to build my next one. My advice would be to read instructions and check parts thoroughly. I had to disassemble and redo a couple times.

This project was a really good activity to do. I diffidently had a hard time getting some stuff together, but I got it finished. I can’t wait to do another one of these projects!
