3D Ferris Wheels Music Model Kit Puzzle

In putting it together, I had to study the pictures/instructions carefully. It was at just the right level for me--I had to think and be careful but it didn't take so long that I wanted to give up. For some items, there were extra parts and I ended up having to use one. I loved that they knew which extra part I was going to need.
I was on the last of it when my young granddaughter was over and she carefully handed me the carriages. She was fascinated. And then the magic happened when it was all completed, the key was wound, the music played and the Ferris wheel turned. Exactly when I wanted, expected and got. (My granddaughter had to leave before the final show but she'll be back sometime soon. The magic will happen again.) (FYI: I had the Ferris wheel puzzle in my wishlist and when it was a lightning deal, I got a notice. I'm putting more of the puzzles in my wishlist.)

The building of the ferris wheel was difficult, time consuming and required much patience, but the overall finished product is beautiful. I broke a couple of pieces trying to fit them together due to some parts being small and thin. If you're careful, they will fit well and firmly in place. Wood 3D puzzles leave little room to adjust so a lot of sanding is suggested to insure a good tight fit and a finished product that actually works. All in all you won't be disappointed if you take your time and pay very close attention to the somewhat questionable instructions.

I love making these kind of puzzles, specially when they become musical or interactive in some way.
If you enjoy models, this is definitely for you! It makes a great gift too, either assembled or in the box.
I would not recommend this one for the beginner who has never done one before, but for the one who has become addicted to them. The small parts are delicate and may break as you take them out of the frame or while you're attaching them, so, get a crazy glue bottle, tweezers, a nail file & you're ready!

This was a rewarding experience. Not only did it occupy my time but also kept my mind active and my hands nimble. The end result was a beautiful piece that actually worked. It plays music as it turns just like a real Ferris wheel. This is a fun project suitable for many ages. I happen to be a 95 year young WWII Navy Veteran.

I haven’t put this puzzle together, yet. I recently had back surgery so I can’t sit longer than 10 minutes in a straight back chair. I’m eagerly awaiting it’s challenges. From reading the instructions, it won’t be as difficult as one of the marble run puzzles. I love puzzles and love having the challenge of a 3D puzzle.

This puzzle was extremely enjoyable to put together, I took my time with it which took me a total of 3 days. Assembly was easy, but you have to be extremely careful with removing the wood pieces from the boards and placing them together. They give you some extra pieces but not that many. The sand paper was my bestfriend. I am already looking for my next puzzle to put together.

It's a really good set. It's not too hard, but definitely needs attention to the details to put it all together. It looks great when completed and the mechanism works perfectly with the music box! I also like that the set has a few spare parts to help with possible mess-ups. Would definitely look for something similar again.

This is one of my best Amazon purchases. Easy to put together. This is something you need to take your time with and be gentle but it works perfectly and is easy to assemble. I really enjoyed putting this together. Highly recommend

I gave this as a Christmas gift to my daughter's family. They loved it. The whole family worked on it and love how it plays music! A fun family project, while quarantined from Covid.

My sister who is a puzzle wizard set this up in hours. Would of taken me a year. Lol. Anyways wow. It’s awesome.

Have done a number of these. This one is great but you have to be real cautions when removing parts from the panel since they are pretty small. Then when assembling the thin pieces you must be really delicate. It looks great on the table with the others. The build was easy since you only have to figure out the assembly section once then repeat several times in many cases. The music is a bit short but overall a really nice project.
